Bishop E.L. Jones has established several Churches and presently  Founder of the Upper Room Pentecosal Holiness Church, CCOGIC, USA in Las Vegas .

Bishop E. L. Jones and Bishop J. L. Payne has communed and study the Church of God in Christ at birth from the days of Apostle Seymour and Bishop Mason and agreed in the the spirit that a revival of "Pentecosal Holiness" is the only answer for the Church  today.

Bishop Jones' church headquarters is in Las Vegas, Nevada and has considered to merger effort with the vision of God to restore as He often states " the Spirit of the Upper Room Pentecostal experience(Acts 1:12, 13)," is the only only way for the true church to worship. Holiness is still the way. As Bishop Mason would often say, "Holiness will cover the the earth. " Bishop J. L. Payne declares, "Holiness has covered the earth."

These two men are ICON  in the Pentecostal Tradition. They both believe in true holiness and true spiritual fellowship among the Brethrens. " By this shall all men know that ye ARE MY DECIPLES  , because having love one to another (St. John 13:35."

The Bishop's seal of the church represents the 'annointing.' It is the "Cup of the Annointing." The leadership of the church urges a return to the Apostle's Doctrine and the New Testament's principles, teaching, structure and pattern.
